British periodical “The Economist” did a column on Ecolovy and its balloons. |

In January 2006, 30 dove-shaped balloons were released at a wedding ceremony in the town of Bristol in England. With good weather, the 30 balloons slowly floated upwards into the sky. A journalist who saw the event sought out the company that provided the balloons. After 8 months, they finally found and interviewed Ecolovy. |

An Elementary School Celebrating Its 60th Anniversary Writes a Letter of Thanks. |
The Ikenoue Elementary School in the Setagaya ward in Tokyo commemorated their 60th anniversary by releasing dove-shaped balloons into the sky. The following is a letter of thanks from a teacher who wanted to express their happiness.
Dear Ecolovy,
I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to you by writing you this letter. Up until the days of the ceremony, the weather had been really awful. Thankfully, the 18th and 19th turned out to be very good weather, so the release of the balloons at the ceremony became a huge success. Because of inexperience on behalf of the children, the inside liner of the balloon separated and cause some of the balloons to leak. Unfortunately, one of the balloons was over-inflated and burst. In the end, out of the 30 balloons we received, we could only release 26 into the air. Everyone applauded the doves as they floated upwards into the sky. This event was featured in the Asahi Newspaper and was even broadcast on local television on the NHK network. A few days ago, after the ceremony, we heard that an elementary school in Yokohama celebrated their 120th anniversary by releasing 1000 Ecolovy balloons into the air. We were very surprised, but to us it was not about the number of balloons, but the feelings present.
In closing, we wanted to thank you very much. If the chance ever arises again, we wish you the best. We hope everyone will learn to enjoy Ecolovy balloons as much as we did. |
